Barrier Games

Today we played a game called Barrier games. It was had because my partner Owen hard to give me directions to place the shapes or pictures. The game was fun but a bit of a challenge. I had lots of fun getting directions and giving them. Owen gave me directions to make the grid look like this. I did it perfectly.

Professor Plum's Mess

Professor Plum’s Mess
Professor Plum was a genius scientist. He was in his old musty laboratory
working on his healing potion. It was a Sunday morning. He had been in his lab
for fourteen days straight. He didn’t have any sleep because he wanted to
finish his potion and he wasn’t planning on sleeping until his potion was finished.
Professor Plum had locked the doors to his lab because he knew someone
would disturb him and make him put too much of something in.
The healing potion was an amber color and when Prof. Plum turned his bunsen
burner on. The liquid bubbled and hissed and sizzled and then …
 BOOOOOOOOOOM!!!!!

The potion exploded, it went everywhere. The walls, floor and ceiling were
covered in an amber gooey blob. Prof. Plum had to find his phone but he’d put it
on his desk and it got buried under the old musty, one thousand year old books
(like on Ms Cummins’s desk). Prof. Plum spent hours looking for his phone. At
four in the morning on Monday Prof. Plum found his phone in his pocket.
He thought it was on the table but he was so tired he forgot.

Prof. Plum called his cleaning lady, Nancy. Nancy had skin cancer and was ill.
When Nancy arrived, Prof. Plum unlocked his door and showed her the big
blobby mess. Nancy looked around the room in horror. She started cleaning.
While Nancy was cleaning she stood on a banana peel and slipped. Nancy had
hit her head and some of Prof. Plum’s potion fell into Nancy’s mouth. Nancy
was asleep for fifteen hour. When she awoke her cancer was gone, so was the
sickness.

Prof. Plum’s potion worked and he was going to be a millionaire. Prof. Plum
donated lots of his money to people that didn’t have any. He kept making
potions and donating money. Prof. Plum was happy and he lived happily ever
after in his musty lab. Nancy was cleaning all the potions that exploded.
(There were a lot). THE END

This is my covid-19 animation. My whole class made an animation. We made them on google slides. We got the pictures by using the explore tool. Next we had embed the code and then change the code speed so it would suit the animation. I hope you like my animation.  by Harrison wigzell

Back to sckool

!!Back to school!!
I'm looking forward to going back to school because I haven't seen any of my friends in over six whole weeks. Staying at home has been fun. Especially with sleeping in and staying up late. I want to go back to school to see my friends but I don't want a early start in the mornings. I liked the covid-19 lockdown because I got to spend time with my family. I hope you did too.

random writing

random writing
On Thursday 7th may my mum gave me a list of 20 random words that I had to make a story out of. the words were sausage, pie, elves, friends, cabin, tyre, barrel, rain, spicy, ketchup, solar, tui, jumper, eyes, plug, jet plane, fish, plate, kettle. the story had to be illustrated and the story had to make sense and have all 20 words in it. Hears what I came up with.
